Refund policy

1. Right of return

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return within 20 calendar days of receiving your order.

Product(s) you wish to return

Reason for return (optional)

2. Return conditions

For the return to be accepted, the products must meet the following conditions:

They must be unused, show no signs of wear and be in perfect condition

They must retain their original packaging, labels and accessories

We reserve the right to reject returns that do not meet these conditions.

3. Return process

Once we receive your request:

We will confirm by email whether the return has been approved

We will provide you with the shipping address for the return

Once the product has been received and inspected, we will proceed with the refund

4. Return shipping costs

Return shipping costs are borne by the customer, except in the case of a defective product or an error on our part

In the event of a return due to an error on our part, we will also refund the shipping costs

5. Non-returnable products

Returns are not accepted for:

Products used or damaged after delivery

The refunded amount will correspond only to the returned products

The processing time is 5 to 10 business days, depending on the bank or payment provider

7. Exchanges

We currently do not offer direct exchanges.
If you would like another product, you will need to place a new order once the refund has been received.
